As an independent Olive Oil Taster, I’m free to bring you the very best oils from around the world. They are likely to be quirky, fun, small batch, unusual and ‘not on the high street’. My guarantee to you though is that they will always be Extra Virgin, taste delicious and have been produced with integrity. Although I don’t stock all the oils I write about and use in tastings, I will always do my best to tell you where it’s available because it’s important to me that you can buy the oils that interest and excite you, even if that’s not from me.

How do I choose the oils I feature? I spend a lot of time seeking out and visiting olive groves, others are produced by people I meet during the course of my work, recommendations from customers and friends and unexpected finds – all united by one simple premise: if the oil isn’t used and loved in my own kitchen, I wouldn’t expect it to be at home in yours.
